Privacy Policy

Private use

HERMAN Services is private software used solely by its owner for personal business productivity and workflow management.

Google account data

After explicit authorization, HERMAN Services may access Google Contacts, Google Other Contacts and Gmail solely to provide the features requested by the account owner.

Contacts

Contact names and email addresses may be read and locally cached for fast contact lookup. HERMANmail may create or promote a Google Contact when the owner explicitly uses functionality that requires saving a recipient.

Gmail

HERMANmail uses Gmail permission to send email initiated by the owner. It does not read the owner's Gmail inbox or email message history.

Storage and processing

Data is processed for the owner's private workflow and may be stored in private systems controlled by the owner. Access is restricted to the owner and the owner's private applications.

No sale or advertising

Google user data is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or shared with third parties for their independent purposes.

Limited use

Use of information received from Google APIs is limited to providing and improving the user-facing functionality requested by the owner.

Revoking access

The owner may revoke Google authorization at any time through Google Account security settings.
